Refund Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Our Money-Back Guarantee
Superare LLC, doing business as PropertyTaxCutters.com, will refund the full $299 service fee if either:
- your homestead-exemption application is denied; or
- your application is approved but produces no property-tax savings.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@propertytaxcutters.com within 30 days after you receive the official denial or tax determination notice. Include your name, property address, order information, and a copy of the official notice showing the denial or lack of tax savings. We may request reasonable additional information needed to verify the claim.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if the result was caused by false, incomplete, or misleading information; withheld important information; invalid or altered documents; an existing homestead exemption or similar primary-residence benefit claimed on another property; failure to cooperate or respond reasonably; or conduct that makes the filing ineligible or prevents us from completing the service.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the credit to appear; your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Other Cancellation Requests
If you want to cancel for a reason not covered by the guarantee, contact us promptly. We will review the request based on the work already completed and any rights provided by applicable law.
