These Terms govern your use of PropertyTaxCutters.com and services provided by Superare LLC, doing business as PropertyTaxCutters.com. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Our Service
We provide administrative assistance related to Florida homestead-exemption filings, which may include eligibility review, document review, application preparation, submission assistance, and follow-up. We are not a government agency, law firm, accounting firm, or tax authority, and our service is not legal or tax advice. The applicable county property appraiser alone determines eligibility and the outcome of an application.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, current, and truthful information and valid documents; review information for accuracy; respond reasonably to requests; and comply with eligibility requirements. You must not submit false or misleading information, conceal material facts, misuse the website, upload harmful material, or use our service for an unlawful purpose.
Fees and Billing
The service fee is $299 unless a different price is clearly displayed at purchase. Charges may appear on your bank or credit-card statement as SUPERARE LLC. Government charges, taxes, or third-party fees, if any, are separate unless expressly stated.
Refund Guarantee
Our refund guarantee is governed by the Refund Policy. In summary, the $299 service fee is refundable if the application is denied or an approved application produces no property-tax savings, subject to the documentation, deadline, and exclusions in that policy.
No Guaranteed Government Outcome
We cannot control processing times, government decisions, assessed values, tax calculations, or changes in law. Except for our stated refund guarantee, we do not promise approval, a particular savings amount, or completion by a particular government deadline.
Intellectual Property and Website Use
The website and its original content, branding, and materials belong to Superare LLC or its licensors. You may use them only for personal, lawful use of our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superare LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for delays or decisions by government agencies or third parties. Our total liability arising from the purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes, Severability, and Contact
